The Department of Marketing in the Faculty of Business, “Aleksander Moisiu” University, Durres organized in two days, 24th and 25th February 2017, the first International Scientific Conference in the field of Innovative Marketing with main theme “Marketing Management and Digital Transformations.”The conference brought together leading marketing scholars, practitioners and policy makers with a mutual interest in scientific research on marketing problems, in order to exchange knowledge, discuss, share experiences with each other. The Marketing Department is the first to have organized a fully focused international scientific conference on marketing management. In this conference were presented 106 works, attended by 158 authors from different countries, including England, Holland, Italy, Turkey, Tunisia, Macedonia, Kosovo and almost all public and private universities in Albania. These referrals were held in four parallel sessions in the New Campus of the University “Aleksander Moisiu”, Durres. This conference aimed to strengthen the link and further expand the network of national and international cooperation between marketing specialists, academics of this field, students of the Master of Science and Doctorate, marketing agencies and all stakeholders of the private or public sector operating in the field of Marketing Management. All the marketing theories, policies and strategies that come from them, serve the multiple link created during these digital transformations between institutions, businesses, consumers, segments, and all target audiences. Something special of this conference is the fact that there were presented 11 works by the students of Master of Science in Marketing Management, which show a high level of their preparation.
